Henneken is a German producer of vacuum tumblers, injectors, tenderizers, flatteners, brine mixers and loading systems.

The company was founded in 1977 and is run in the second generation by Volker and Kai Henneken. The vacuum tumblers are built from 50 ltr up to 12000 ltr drum volume. The range includes five different types of vacuum tumblers which are suitable for beef, pork, fish and poultry.

The Henneken injectors are available from 300mm working width with 24 needles up to 650mm working width with max. 486 needles. You can inject bone-in and boneless products.

The tenderizer can be equipped with knife rollers or squeezing rollers in order to equalize the product, open the structure, make it softer and prepare it for the higher protein activation. The brine mixers are available from 400 to 2500 ltr and can be customized with several options like water meter, weighing system, bottom mixer, cooling system and many more.
